As many of the units have to Export their heavy-weight product in containers, the light weight of this wood makes it beneficial for them to stuff more of their own product as there is loading-limit of 28 Metric Tons (for containers).

And some product-importing countries like USA have their own Wood packing material (WPM) Regulations, wherein the Wood packing material coming in their country has to be treated and marked in compliance to their standards, known as ISPM #15 with a surety that no trace of termite will be found on arrival.
