The detailed features of MORA Wood can be found under our PRODUCTS Category of Semi Finished Wood. We generally stock the raw material (Timber round logs) which is first cut to the desired length and section of the decking strip.
Thereafter the section is Kiln dried (in Seasoning chambers) and later the requisite anti-skid surface is extruded on the surface, through imported Wood-working-machinery.
Once the decking strip is extruded, it is fine-sanded on profile sanders and then applied with exterior grade oils. The Strips are then applied as flooring (parallel to each other) with gaps of 4 mm to 6 mm wherein the water can drain away from below.
Due to kiln-seasoning and oiling the Decking Wood strip is made Water-proof, it only needs to be periodically oiled every 2-3 years to maintain the water-proofing.
