Door shutter is fully insulated with Fire rated materials which are sandwiched in layers and Shutter edges fixed with intumescent seal.
Door Shutter surface can be finished with ply/laminate/veneer or Fire Rated Primer/Paint. Fire Rated Hardware is also available besides Fire Rated Vision Glass.
Certification
Wooden fire rated Door Set as per BS:476 Part- 22 for stability and insulation.
Our proto-type of wooden door set (with door frame and Hardware) has been tested from Indian plywood industries research and training institute (IPIRTI), Banglore, which specifically states that these Fire Doors has been tested in Accordance to BS:476 Part 22: 1987 for maximum Rating of 66 mins (1 hr).
As each of the materials passes through Automatic Machinery, Tools and Hydraulic Press – has minimal hand-application – hence the product gives a very good appearance and finish.
