We added an office at New Delhi for NCR area.

We doubled the sawing capacity at Gandhidham saw-mill and started selling un-processed wood to new customers (from there itself). In the process we started importing round-wood logs from New-Zealand (Pine wood) which was used by various Indian-Exporters for packing purposes. We gradually started business with 23 Granite units, who used to stuff their granite slabs in containers and needed this particular wood only.

We doubled the capacity at Vasai Door frame unit by adding automatic machines for joining, for sanding and for painting. We also started making Decking wood (sold through interior decorators).

We added a office at Pune to sell products in that area.

We added Gandhidham saw-mill-unit, a backward integration, where we started importing Round Timber Logs. We now started cutting the wood ourselves and sent the raw-material to Vasai. The quality of wood also improved, because of direct imports from Malaysia.
