The hardwood for the same is high-density timber speci chosen from tropical forests of South America, which is sawn to required section and length and then kiln seasoned – a process where the excess moisture is taken out and material is dried to the required Moisture Content.
Thereafter the wood is cut and shaped on imported Wood-working-machinery. Once the lengths and cuts are in-place it is fine-sanded on profile sanders and then applied with oil coatings for protection from sun and water. The material is supplied in ready-to-assemble sections and lengths, and the assembling (at site) has to be done by client later.
