One is a solid-surfaced Flush Door, or by swing the board into wooden sections whih are used as Stile, Rails and Panels.
Designs
Routing can be done by charting many designs on flat surfaces of finger Jointed board using CNC or Hand Router machine. Finger Joint Solid Wood boards are available in common door thicknesses of 30 mm and 40 mm.
The door can then be stained and polished, which will reflect the natural grains of solid wood beneath.
