Filler for Flush Door (Door Core) is available in the option of Solid Wood.

The filler wood can be further be chosen from any two timber species:- Imported Pine wood or Imported Hardwood which shall be fully kiln-seasoned and planed to uniform thickness.

The filler-thickness is available for all thickness of Doors and decided (for each door thickness) on the basis of thickness of remaining layers of Core-veneer, Face-Veneer and Laminate/or/Veneer.

Filler for Flush Door (Door Core) is available in the option of Imported Tubular Particle Board.This is made with the most modern technology, adapted all over the world – and in massive volumes. It is also a environmentally friendly material and also reduces noise.

The making of such Tubular Particle board is of vertical-filling and pressing type, and hence has minimal swelling towards the flat-surfaces.

One can directly apply 3 mm HDF Door skin on the particle board. Tubular particle board filler is available in thicknesses from 23 mm to 35 mm.

Filler for Flush Door (Door Core) is available in the option of Solid Particle Board which are fully calibrated products.
