First we make Finger Jointed Sections made out of fully seasoned and glued Timbers (which are recovery sizes of the wood).
And It goes through 9 more stages starting from kiln seasoning, where the excess moisture is taken out and material dried to the required Moisture Content.
Thereafter the section is Kiln dried (in Seasoning chambers) and later the tongue and groove is extruded on the sides, through imported Wood-working-machinery.
Once the interlocking grooves are extruded, it is fine-sanded on profile sanders and then applied with tough coatings as desired.
The Strips can be applied as flooring with proper technique and expertise. As it is solid wood, it can be polished with lacquer and re-polished after some years of wear-and-tear.
