The individual wood pieces is kiln seasoned, planed, length-joined, planed, butt-joined, glued with the best D3 glue, again sanded and finally made into Finger joint planks in various thicknesses.
Attractive Look
As the material is made of solid wood pieces, it can be moulded, rebated , polished to any shade (just like normal wood).
It can also be re-polished in its life-span. The planks can also be laminated with veneer or laminates, as desired. Our automatic machinery gives a very good surface and polish finish. As we work on this wood on the best imported machinery, the finish is world-class.
Long Life
As the wood is seasoned in high temperature, there is no trace of termites in the sterilised wood. The life of the door frames is longer due to higher density and proper kiln seasoning.
Also because there is no further shrinkage, better dimensional stability, better polish finish. With application of wood primers, sealers and top coats – the Finger Jointed Door frame is well protected for long long time.
