Thereafter the section is Kiln dried (in Seasoning chambers) and later the Ship-Lap joint groove is extruded on the sides, through imported Wood-working-machinery.
Once the overlapping grooves are extruded, it is fine-sanded on profile sanders and then applied with oil coatings for protection from sun and water. The Strips can be then screwed on exterior walls with proper technique and expertise. As it is solid wood, it can be re-polished after some years.
