After we extrude marketable sizes in the market, we have many other recovery sizes of the same wood which we have used in making finger Joint Boards.
It further goes through 9 more stages starting from kiln seasoning, where the excess moisture is taken out and material dried to the required Moisture Content.
And as our marketable wood was of selected higher-density-wood, which had better screw/nail-holding capacity.
Hence the finger Joint Board is also having a very good quality, together with look of the Timber’s rich colours and beautiful grains. Any product made out of it machines well and polishes well.
