Once the decking strip is extruded, it is fine-sanded on profile sanders and then applied with exterior grade oils. The Strips are then applied cut to exact length of 300 mm and fixed parallel on a PVC-Base of 300 x 300 mm , with gaps of 6 mm to 7 mm so that the water can drain away from below.
Due to kiln-seasoning and oiling the Decking Wood strip is made Water-proof, it only needs to be periodically oiled every 2-3 years to maintain the water-proofing.
One Tile gets inter-locked to the next tile due to interlocking feature on two sides of each tile. The decking tile is easier to lay, and preferred for the reason.
